We expect to be able to believe the words written down in an Ad…. We expect a salesperson to give us the correct information….. We should be able to trust what materials are claimed on a Government Label - shouldn’t we????

Yet sadly - in today’s world of “quick internet sales” and “next day delivery guaranteed if you buy now” - consumers get burned!
