Consumer support means the world to us because all of our work points to reinforcing the building blocks set in place at our inception in 1976.
These building blocks were constructed on our Association’s conviction that consumers deserve to confidently be able to buy quality down and feather products at equitable and competitive market values plus deserve to actually receive the quality they paid for!
Our consumer programs for education and marketplace product awareness follow these building blocks with the goal of greater consumer understanding and awareness.
Our founding member companies not only set principle standards for our building blocks but also guided our commitments in ongoing involvement with the Competition Bureau as well as participating in Global Down and Feather Industry through the IDFB organization.
